Quality is always treated as number ONE issue in Junifeng. In order to achieve this, we have built a whole system to ensure all stages of production are under control, following different working procedures.

Supplier Management
To ensure the suppliers meet our requirements in every respect, we have made detailed assessment after the strict on site investigation of the candidate plants. Only the qualified candidate will be considered for further cooperation. The qualified one which has already been our supplier will be evaluated every year. We will continue the cooperation relationship only with the supplier which is professional in providing quality products and timely delivery.

Project Management
We make detailed project flow chart and require our project engineer to work strictly according to the procedures specified by the flow chart, updating project status carefully, filling in the project follow-up forms seriously and recording the output files in each step. When problem is raised, we have project meeting to work out the solution and communicate with the customer immediately to keep the project developing in a satisfactory direction. When carrying out the project, we consider the cost, price and market demands as a whole plan in order to reach the appropriate cost performance and to meet customers' requirements.

Quality Control
For the decided products, in order to meet customers' requirements, we have strict working procedure and experienced engineers to control each stage including sample inspection, product detailed confirmation, test arrangement, inspection standard discussion, random sample plan and AQL level confirmation. Shipment inspection will be very carefully handed. Only quality managers have the right to release the shipment.

Delivery Control
To ensure each batch of the goods will be delivered entirely on time, we made order follow-up procedures. Once the order is given, our sales person will trail the manufacturing progress with factory all the time, arrange engineers to confirm the colors, specifications, labels, manuals and package details in time. When the products are finished, the order inspection will be done immediately and the vessel date will be confirmed after communicating with the customers to ensure the products delivered in full and on time to the destination port.

Staff Training
Communication is especially important to do the complicated work. We always emphasize that communication starts from the heart. Staff members are required to express themselves exactly with concise words, to understand the situation well before giving a call or writing a mail instead of passing the buck.
